As an HR Consultant focused on recruitment, you will manage full-cycle hiring processes, build strategic sourcing pipelines, and ensure every candidate interaction reflects our values. This is a hands-on, hybrid role ideal for someone with strong recruitment skills, and

Key Responsibilities

Manage

end-to-end recruitment

: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer rollouts Develop and execute

innovative sourcing strategies

across multiple platforms Build and maintain strong

talent pipelines

for diverse roles Conduct initial candidate assessments and present top matches Ensure an engaging and professional

candidate experience

Maintain and manage data in

ATS systems

and internal tracking tools Collaborate with internal teams to align hiring needs and role requirements

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-- both written and verbal Strong sourcing experience via LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving Comfortable in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
