Recruitment: (PAN India).
Coordinating with department managers for upcoming posting.
Coordinate with external employment agencies or Job posting on Job Portals
Explaining the job role to candidates.
Take a initial telephonic rounds with the shortlisted candidates.
Conducting interview rounds with concern HOD's and Director.
Develop and maintain all job descriptions and job postings in a timely manner
Maintain recruitment tracker in google sheets.
Follow ups
Joining Formalities:
Conduct employee onboarding and organize induction sessions.
Induction of new employees. (Explaining about Organization policies, HRMS and Organization core values).
Maintain employee files records in electronic form.
Create Mail IDs and SIM Cards with the help of IT Team,
Issuing ID, Visiting Cards.
Exit Formalities:
Ensuring taking up all organization assets from the resigned employee.
Coordinating with branches for the resigned employees
To make the full & final settlement after getting clearance form duly signed and Issue Exit Letters.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
