Osumare is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated

HR Executive

who is passionate about people management, organizational growth, and exploring cross-department operations.

As an HR Executive, you will collaborate closely with multiple departments--HR, Administration, Sales, Marketing, and Client Relations--while also supporting leadership in daily operations.

Roles & Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding



Post job openings across various job portals and social platforms. Screen resumes and conduct telephonic & face-to-face interviews. Coordinate interview schedules with respective departments. Assist with salary negotiations and offer roll-outs. Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction of new employees.

HR Operations & Employee Engagement



Support HR Manager in daily HR operations. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Plan and execute team events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities. Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and performance tracking.

Administration & Coordination



Oversee day-to-day office administrative tasks. Coordinate with vendors and ensure smooth office functioning. Support company expansion activities, including hiring for new locations.

Management Support



Provide assistance to the Director for meetings, travel, documentation, and follow-ups. Coordinate internal communication across departments. Attend client meetings when required and ensure meeting preparation.

Sales & Marketing Support (As Needed)



Assist the sales team by fixing appointments and handling basic follow-ups. Participate in domestic and international conferences, events, seminars, and trade shows with the team.

Qualifications
