Statutory compliance filing Data checking, record keeping. Monthly ESIC & PF Challan. Attendance management. Liaison with Govt. Officers. Contractual manpower management. Recruitment Handling the entire HR and compliance procedure like Legal Standards, Audit the compliance records. Well versed with HR Policies, Govt Labor Laws & Act. Training & development (Skill Matrix), (Competency Management), KPI Monitoring and executing entire human resource operation like PF,ESIC, Labor law, Must Have a Good knowledge in Statutory Compliance & Internal statutory audit. Knowledge of the Factory's Act & Shop and Establishment Act Payroll processing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
