Position: HR Executive

Location: Auric City, Ch. Sambhaji Nagar

Requisites

MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources 2-4 years of experience in a Human Resource Hands-on experience in

manufacturing HR operations

. Knowledge of

labour laws, statutory compliance, and factory HR practices

. Understanding of

IATF 16949 documentation and audit requirements

. Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in

MS Excel, HRMIS, and basic ERP systems

.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in

automotive or auto component manufacturing industry

. Exposure to

shop-floor manpower handling

.

Responsibilities:

Maintain HR-related documents and records required for

IATF 16949 compliance

. Support

competency evaluation, training effectiveness, and continual improvement

. Participate in

Management Review Meetings (MRM)

by providing HR-related inputs. Ensure

risk-based thinking

in HR processes. Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for shop-floor and staff positions in manufacturing units. Manage

joining, induction, attendance, shift allocation, and exit formalities

. Maintain

employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files

as per IATF standards. Ensure compliance with

labour laws and statutory requirements

(PF, ESIC, Factory Act, CLRA, Shops & Establishment). Coordinate

training records, skill matrix, and competency mapping

as per IATF 16949. Support

internal audits, external audits, and customer audits

related to HR processes. Assist in

performance appraisal, confirmation, and disciplinary procedures

. Coordinate with production and department heads for

manpower planning

. Handle

employee engagement activities, grievances, and welfare measures

.
