Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for jewellery manufacturing roles Manage onboarding, attendance, leave & HR operations Support payroll inputs & HRMS updates Maintain employee files, HR MIS & compliance documents Handle employee grievances & engagement activities Assist in statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment

Key Requirements

Mandatory experience in Jewellery Industry Strong knowledge of HR operations & documentation Good in communication, Excel & HRMS Ability to handle factory-level HR activities

Qualification

: Graduate / MBA HR Preferred
