About the Role:
West Avenue Realty is seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to support and strengthen our growing team. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to take ownership of core HR processes--from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and engagement--while contributing to a culture that values collaboration, integrity, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Plan and execute employee engagement and welfare activities.
Support payroll processing and handle attendance management.
Draft and implement HR policies in line with company goals and compliance standards.
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance redressal.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and performance reviews.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate or allied industries.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRMS tools is an added advantage.
High integrity and confidentiality in handling employee information.
