We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to manage end-to-end HR operations and support employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance while maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end
recruitment and onboarding
processes
Maintain
employee records
, attendance, and HR documentation
Assist in
payroll coordination
and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)
Manage
employee relations
, grievance handling, and engagement activities
Support
performance management
and appraisal processes
Implement and communicate
HR policies and procedures
Coordinate training and development programs
Ensure compliance with
labor laws and company policies
Assist in HR audits and reporting
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration
, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role
Knowledge of
HR processes, labor laws, and compliance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in
MS Office / HRMS tools
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
Experience in relevant industry
Familiarity with payroll software
