Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Support payroll preparation, attendance management, leave tracking, and employee queries.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company guidelines.
Coordinate training programs, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.
Prepare HR reports, letters, memos, and other official documentation.
Act as a point of contact between management and staff, fostering a positive and supportive workplace environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR operations; experience in the marine or logistics sector is an added advantage.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems/tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment.
