Handle monthly payroll processing with accuracy and coordinate with finance for payroll closure.
Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and maintain all required registers and documentation.
Coordinate recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, following up with candidates/consultants, and supporting the onboarding process.
Manage daily attendance, leaves, and employee records through HRMS, and prepare monthly attendance reports.
Maintain employee files, update HR databases, and support employee queries promptly.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, HR documentation, policy drafting, and overall HR operations.
Support exit formalities including documentation and full & final settlement coordination.
