Job Profile - HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handling end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordination & onboarding) Maintaining employee records & attendance Preparing offer letters, appointment letters & HR documents Handling payroll data & coordinating with accounts Managing employee grievances and conducting employee engagement activities Assisting in HR policies, compliance, and daily HR operations Coordinating training & development activities

Required Skills:

Good communication & interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of HR processes Ability to handle multiple tasks Proficiency in MS Office
