We are looking for a dynamic
HR Executive
(IT Sector)
who can drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations for our expanding IT team.
Role Overview
The
HR Executive
will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, employee lifecycle, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT hiring, onboarding, HR documentation, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities -
Talent Acquisition (IT Recruitment)
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles: Developers, Testers, Designers, Project Managers, Cloud Engineers, etc.
Write and post job descriptions on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other portals.
Conduct screening, telephonic rounds, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate technical assessments and follow-ups with candidates.
Build a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
Manage pre-joining formalities, offer letters, and onboarding schedules.
Maintain employee records, HR documents, and HRMS entries.
Conduct induction sessions for new employees.
HR Operations
Manage attendance, leaves, and basic payroll coordination.
Handle employee confirmations, ID cards, and policy communication.
Maintain compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.
Employee Engagement
Organize team-building activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.
Address employee queries and ensure a healthy, positive work environment.
Assist in performance management processes.
Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Prepare HR reports: hiring status, attrition, attendance summaries, etc.
Assist management with HR initiatives and process improvements.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
IT recruitment
and technical role requirements.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of HR operations, onboarding, and documentation.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office, recruitment tools, and HRMS platforms.
Excellent problem-solving and people-handling skills.
Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / MBA in HR preferred.
1-3 years of experience as HR Executive or an IT Recruiter.
