Implement HR/Admin practices that enhance employee efficiency

Track, update, and monitor ORM/KRAs for all departments and teams

Implement performance metrics and support continuous improvement

Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and organizational requirements.
Prepare and issue accurate employee salary slips as and when required.
Support management in strategic HR planning and policy implementation.
Handle employee grievance and address it timely.
