1. Handle job posting and source candidates through various platform
2. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
4. Maintain candidates records and recruitment trackers
5. Assist in the overall hiring process and follow up with candidates until joining
6. Coordinate with placement agencies regarding current openings
