Screen candidates for required profiles via portals like Naukri, Indeed, Job Hai, etc.
Conduct discussions with candidates and finalize profiles in coordination with management.
Handle offline and online induction for new joiners and update ERP records.
2. Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor daily attendance through Salary Box and update management with reports.
Manage leave records and updates post-probation confirmation of new employees.
3. Compliance & Statutory Responsibilities
Ensure PF, ESIC, MLWF, and other compliance requirements for the employees.
Provide monthly data to compliance consultants and coordinate with accounts for timely payments of salaries, PF, and ESIC.
4. Employee Support & Administration
Verify and certify conveyance vouchers for site engineers and technicians.
Follow up on daily administrative work and site-level requirements if needed.
Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
5. Coordination & Reporting
Daily coordination with management for approvals, important tasks, and updates.
Maintain HR reports and ensure smooth communication between employees and management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of HR experience in recruitment, payroll, and compliance.
Knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, MLWF).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (ERP, Salary Box, etc.).
Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
