1. Must have proven experience working as an HR executive or its equivalent.
2. Having familiarity with the human resource software and applicant tracking system.
3. Experienced with recruiting and its full cycle.
4. Having knowledge of labour legislation.
5. Having leadership qualities and abilities.
6. Strong communication skills.
