The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to building a positive, productive, and compliant workplace.
HR Operations
Maintain attendance, leave records and employee data base
Assist in preparing monthly HR Reports
Support payroll by sharing accurate attendance and deduction details.
Maintain accurate data/records on HRMS
Employee Relations & Support
Address employee queries regarding policies, salary slips, documents etc.
Assist in conducting training and performance reviews.
Support employee engagement activities (event, celebrations, communication).
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain HR files, letters, memos, warning notices & confirmation.
Ensure adherence to company policies and disciplinary guidelines.
Coordinate with different departments for HR related task.
Good knowledge in labor law, have handled the grievances.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
