We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to support end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement. The role requires strong communication skills, ownership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and agencies
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Handle offer rollouts and joining formalities
Maintain recruitment trackers
2. Onboarding & Documentation
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding kits
Conduct HR induction
Ensure completion of employee documentation
Create and maintain HRMS records
3. HR Operations & Attendance Management
Manage daily attendance, leaves, and punctuality
Update and maintain HR databases
Support payroll inputs (attendance, new joiners, exits, deductions)
4. Employee Engagement
Plan and execute engagement activities
Address employee queries and concerns
Support in maintaining a positive workplace culture
5. Compliance & Policy Support
Maintain employee files as per company standards
Assist in statutory compliance activities
Support HR policy implementation and communication
6. Exit & Separation Process
Conduct exit interviews
Manage full & final settlement coordination
Process relieving and experience letters
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of recruitment & HR operations
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel must)
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Good understanding of labour laws (basic level)
