What You'll Do:

Own the complete recruitment cycle and onboarding experience Keep HR data accurate and compliant Support payroll, attendance, and HR process optimization Run engagement rituals, feedback sessions, and culture-building events Address queries, concerns, and act as an employee advocate Collaborate with leadership to improve HR processes

What You Should Bring:

Good command over communication & people management Practical knowledge of HR operations and statutory basics Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
