: HR Executive

Matunga West, Mumbai.

Experience Required:

1-3 years

Salary:

Rs. 3,00,000/- to Rs. 5,00,000/- per annum.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

Conduct onboarding and induction for new employees and maintain accurate employee records.

Manage attendance, leave tracking, and provide timely payroll inputs.

Prepare HR letters, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Address employee queries and manage employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication

Assist in performance management processes, probation reviews, and exit formalities.

Contribute to improving HR systems and processes as the team grows.

Set up and streamline HR systems and processes suitable for a growing organization.

Suggest improvements in recruitment, onboarding, and documentation workflows.

Help build clarity and structure as the team size increases.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of HR processes, compliance, and documentation.

Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with confidentiality.
