Requirements
MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and interviewing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Familiarity with HRIS and recruitment software is a plus.
