Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized
HR Executive
with a primary focus on
end-to-end recruitment
across multiple departments. The ideal candidate should be efficient, people-oriented, and capable of handling high-volume hiring.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments (operations, sales, e-commerce, marketing, warehouse, etc.)
Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with department heads
Maintain candidate pipelines and follow-up throughout the hiring cycle
Post job descriptions and manage responses across recruitment platforms
Assist with offer letters, background checks, and onboarding formalities
Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment reports
Support HR team with day-to-day activities and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in recruitment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple positions simultaneously
Familiarity with portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Good organizational and reporting skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation

Salary range: ?20,000 - ?30,000 per month
