Job Description

We are seeking an HR Executive who demonstrates strong analytical thinking, solid execution capability, and a continuous learning mindset. The ideal candidate will have hands-on HR experience and a good understanding of HR processes in fast-paced environments such as e-commerce, logistics, retail, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Support the administration and optimization of compensation and benefits programs. Assist in performance management processes, including KPI tracking and evaluation support. Maintain and update HR documentation, employee records, and HRIS data. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, culture-building activities, and training coordination. Provide support in policy implementation, compliance matters, and HR reporting. Collaborate with different departments to meet organizational HR needs in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements

3-5 years of professional HR experience

, preferably in recruitment, compensation & benefits, or performance management.

Bachelor's degree or above

in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Experience in
