Responsibilities include understanding manpower requirements, creating job descriptions, and identifying the right sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases. The recruiter will screen resumes, conduct telephonic and virtual interviews, assess candidates' skills, and shortlist suitable profiles for further rounds.
The role also includes coordinating interviews with hiring managers, collecting feedback, negotiating salary and joining timelines, and preparing offer letters.
Additionally, the recruiter will handle pre-joining formalities, maintain recruitment MIS, build a strong talent pipeline, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
