We are a fast growing real estate development company looking for a dedicated
HR Executive
to manage recruitment, employee documentation, HR policies, payroll coordination, and day to day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end to end recruitment for sales, marketing, admin, accounts & other roles
Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews & coordinate with management
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters & onboarding documentation
Maintain attendance, leave records, and coordinate with payroll
Draft & update HR policies and employee handbook
Handle employee grievances, performance issues & disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with Shops & Establishment, PF, ESIC, and labour laws
Manage exit processes (FNF, relieving letter, handover checklist)
Requirements
2-5 years of HR experience
Strong recruitment experience
Good communication & negotiation skills
Ability to handle multiple roles in a growing company
Real estate experience preferred (not mandatory)
