Roles & Responsibilites :



Release the offer letter to new selected candidate

Training & Development



1. Identify training needs, prepare the annual training plan, and maintain training records.

2. Coordinate in-house and external training programs.

3. Ensure training evaluation and effectiveness reporting with functional heads.

4. Maintain and monitor the Skill & Competency Matrix as per the plan.

Recruitment & Onboarding



1. Support recruitment activities as required.

2. Manage joining formalities and maintain all related documents.

3. Conduct induction programs for new employees and ensure documentation is complete.

4. Handover trained personnel to respective departments.

Employee Engagement & Welfare



1. Coordinate Rewards & Recognition programs and other employee motivation activities.

2. Plan and conduct employee engagement events and the annual awards ceremony.

3. Support HR policy communication and contribute to maintaining harmonious employee relations.

To monitor the implementation of government

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
