Key Responsibilities Payroll Management
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
Maintain and update employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
Manage salary components, deductions, reimbursements, bonuses, incentives, PF/ESI, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Handle full & final settlements, new joiner salary creation, and pay revisions.
Coordinate with accounts/finance for payroll-related activities.
Address payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and databases.
Assist with onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
Support employee lifecycle activities (confirmation, transfers, separations).
Prepare HR reports, MIS data, and dashboards.
Support HR audits and compliance documentation.
Advanced Excel & MIS Reporting
Create and manage monthly HR reports: payroll summary, attrition, leave balance, etc.
Use advanced Excel functions
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
3-5 years of hands-on experience
in HR operations and payroll.
Strong knowledge of
PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances
.
Proficiency in
Advanced Excel
and HRMS/Payroll software.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and confidentiality handling.
