Designation : HR Executive

Location : Thane

Report to : Managing Director

For the client company

Key Responsibilities



1. Recruitment & Onboarding



? Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the organization.

? Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

? Create and post job descriptions on job portals, company website, and social channels.

? Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. ? Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist candidates.

? Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding materials.

? Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth joining formalities.

2. HR Operations & Administration



? Maintain and update employee records & databases.

? Handle documentation such as contracts, letters, and HR files.

? Manage attendance, leave records, and employee queries.

? Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, overtime, etc.).

3. Employee Engagement & Relations



? Assist in organizing engagement activities, events, and celebrations.

? Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and escalate when needed.

? Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

4. Compliance & Policy Support



? Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and organizational procedures.

? Prepare HR Reports for Compliances, ISO Audits, etc.

? Support audits and maintain required HR documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications ? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

? 1-3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.

? Strong understanding of HR functions and labour laws.

? Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS systems.

? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

? Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

? Proven experience (1-3 years) as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Associate.

? Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and hiring trends.

? Familiarity with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and job boards (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).

? Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.

? Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
