Develop and update job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage onboarding

Address employee queries and concerns.
Conduct exit interviews and identify improvement areas.
3. Performance Management
Maintain performance records and feedback systems.
4. HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Generate HR reports (attendance, turnover, recruitment metrics).
Coordinate payroll inputs, leaves, and attendance management.
Administer employee benefits and insurance.
5. Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
Update and implement HR policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards.
6. Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Proficiency with HRMS/HRIS tools.
