About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive from the Real Estate industry to manage HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance for our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HR compliance, payroll processing, and employee management in a real estate or construction setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for on-roll and off-roll employees.
Ensure timely compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Handle labor law compliance related to construction sites and office staff.
Maintain and update employee attendance, leave records, and HR files.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for compliance documentation.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
Liaise with government bodies and auditors during inspections and audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA in HR preferred.
2-4 years of HR experience in the Real Estate / Construction industry is mandatory.
Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, Labor Laws, and Payroll software.
Proficient in MS Excel and HRMIS tools.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle field-level HR coordination (site visits when required).
Work Details:
Location: Baner, Pune (Work from Office)
Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,603.55 - ₹35,107.77 per month
