We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources operations, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance with local labour laws. The HR Executive will work closely with the management team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company's goals and objectives.
Manage recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
Conduct performance evaluations and manage the performance appraisal process.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Manage HR data and maintain accurate records and reports.
Develop and deliver HR training programs for employees and management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources or related field.
5+ years of experience in HR management.
Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
