Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and manage pre-joining documentation.
Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
2. HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
Track attendance, leaves, and assist with payroll inputs.
Prepare employee letters such as confirmation letters, warning letters, transfers, etc.
3. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
Address employee queries and support grievance handling.
4. Compliance & Documentation
Assist in statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, NAPS/NATS (if applicable).
Maintain all HR documentation and ensure audit readiness.
5. Performance Management
Support in goal-setting, appraisal documentation, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with managers for performance evaluations.
6. Exit Formalities
Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth documentation.
Assist in final settlement process and clearance formalities.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or HR related field.
Proven experience in HR operations.
Foreign Travel
Assist manager with visa application paperwork and appointments.
Manage currency exchange and business letters for foreign visits.
Prepare travel documents and itineraries.
Ensure timely renewal of foreign travel insurance.
Track and reconcile foreign expenditure vouchers & filling the necessary documents.
