We are seeking a passionate and talented HR Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to begin their career in Human Resources within a dynamic software company. The HR Executive will support the full employee lifecycle, helping to maintain our culture of professionalism and excellence.

Responsibilities (Will include, but are not limited to):

Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing communication with candidates.

Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

Support compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations.

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters.

Qualifications

Experience: Fresher (No prior professional experience required).

Education: Any Graduate.

Must Have: Own Laptop for work.

Languages: Fluency in Hindi, English, and Marathi is essential for effective communication within the team and with candidates.

Work Location: Onsite at our Pune office.

Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).
