0-1 Yr hands-on experience in source, screen, and qualify potential candidates from various channels, like Job portals, social media and other professional platforms.
Design and post job ads to attract suitable candidates.
Utilize a database for sourcing and tracking of candidates.
Conduct an end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Collaborate with the team to develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies.
Demonstrate proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint for recruiting-related tasks.
Work effectively as a team player and contribute to the overall success of the HR department.
Good To Have:
0-1 Yr of experience in human resource recruitment.
Proficiency in using social media and professional platforms for candidate sourcing.
Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Certification in Human resource is a plus point.
Education:
B.E/ B.Tech/BCA/BSc(CS/IT)

MBA HR/BA/IT or equivalent.
