Looking for an HR Executive! Stew Digital Solutions in Vashi, Navi Mumbai seeks a passionate individual to foster a positive work culture and drive HR initiatives.

Req. exp- 1-3 yrs.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead hiring processes and ensure seamless onboarding.

Employee Relations: Handle inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution.

Performance Management: Guide appraisals and assist in improvement plans.

HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, implement, and ensure policy adherence.

Training and Development: Identify needs and coordinate development programs.

Benefits Administration: Oversee benefits programs and manage inquiries.

HR Analytics and Reporting: Use data for informed decision-making.

Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives for a positive culture.

Handle legal, Payroll, Attendance & Admin

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Knowledge of HR principles, laws, and practices.

Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Certifications a plus.
