We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to support our HR operations. The role will involve assisting in recruitment, employee documentation and day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities -
Assist in sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews.
Conduct telephonic screening to evaluate communication skills and job fit
Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports
Support onboarding processes for new employees.
Maintain employee records and HR files.
Requirements -
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
0-1 year experience (Freshers with HR internships welcome)
Strong
English communication
and interpersonal skills.
Experience in hiring for BPO voice/non-voice processes.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with job portals such as
Naukri, Indeed, Shine
, etc., for sourcing and posting job openings.
