Job Description

What you need to bring to the 'table'

Staffing & Planning:

Execute manpower planning and fulfillment precisely to ensure optimal shift staffing

Payroll & Compliance:

Guarantee 100% accurate frontline payroll and strictly manage statutory compliance (PF, ESIC)

Grievance Resolution:

Resolve all associate grievances swiftly and fairly with high empathy

Vendor Management:

Drive quality workforce supply and strict adherence to vendor SLAs and compliance standards

Engagement & Morale:

Implement basic R&R programs and HR hygiene checks to boost associate morale and retention
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
