Roles and Responsibilities



Recruitment: Manage and drive effective end to end Recruitment & Selection processes for the company Play an active role in hiring talent Work with line managers to understand their hiring requirements and draft effective job descriptions Source suitable candidates from various resourcing platforms and implement innovative strategies to ensure a diverse pool of competitive talent Organised and coordinate interviews with line managers Manage the offer process including communicating, preparing and managing offer letters and required documentation such as reference checks, etc. Maintain responsive and effective communication with candidates and line managers Plan, design, and implement relevant HR Plan and activities for the company Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle activities Maintain and update employee data and records on a regular basis Partner with Managers to conduct probation appraisals, performance appraisals and annual salary planning processes Implement relevant compensation and benefits initiatives from time to time Set up and implement HR systems and policies for the company Manage and resolve employee queries and grievances effectively, working closely with the Senior Management Make travel and accommodation arrangements Drafting correspondence as directed by the Managing Director

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Human resources management: 1 year (Preferred)
