Support end-to-end recruitment coordination including scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
Manage employee documentation, records, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Provide operational support in attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and trackers as required.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for HR-related activities.
Support employee engagement initiatives and other HR programs.
Manage field-level HR coordination and ensure effective communication between teams.
Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Good understanding of HR operations and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Exposure to recruitment and employee life cycle management.
