We are looking for an enthusiastic

HR Recruiter

with hands-on experience in recruitment from a consultancy background. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and passionate about connecting with candidates and clients to fulfill hiring needs efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and social platforms. Make daily recruitment calls to potential candidates for active job openings. Line up candidates for interviews as per client requirements. Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process to ensure smooth coordination. Work on both IT and Non-IT (including BPO) requirements. Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers regularly. Achieve hiring targets within the assigned time frame. Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and share suitable profiles. Handle end-to-end recruitment activities -- from sourcing to onboarding. Build strong professional relationships with candidates for future hiring needs. Participate in daily/weekly review meetings and report hiring progress.

Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment (from consultancy background). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to make recruitment calls daily. Experience in IT and BPO hiring will be an added advantage. Strong organizational and time management skills. Immediate joiners preferred.
