Job Description

We are looking for a

dynamic HR Executive (Generalist)

with

2-3 years of experience

Recruitment, Payroll, PF, ESI & Statutory Compliance

Location:

Nagpur

Experience:

2-3 Years

Qualification:

Any Graduate / MBA in HR preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

end-to-end recruitment

- sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding Handle

monthly payroll processing

and maintain attendance & salary records Ensure

PF, ESI, and statutory compliance

activities are completed on time Maintain employee database and HR documentation Support in

employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR operations

Coordinate with management and external consultants for compliance matters

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of

Payroll, PF, ESI & HR operations

Hands-on experience in

recruitment and onboarding

Proficient in

MS Excel and HR software/tools

Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In person
