Job Description

Assist in end-to-end recruitment - posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate trackers. Support onboarding formalities by collecting documents, and coordinating with new joiners. Coordinate employee engagement activities - birthdays, anniversaries, Fun Fridays, and HR social media posts. Maintain employee records, trackers, and HR databases. Assist in vendor coordination and administrative tasks (housekeeping, ID card/bank account processing, etc.). Help with competitor research. Manage HR communication on LinkedIn Reach out to colleges for internship tie-ups. Post jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms. Maintain a database of passive candidates (talent pool for future hiring) & Prepare weekly HR dashboards (interviews scheduled, offers released, onboarding status) Keep the Job Application Form updated on a regular basis. Track birthdays/work anniversaries and ensure timely communication. Maintain a vendor database (recruiters, consultants, housekeeping, IT support). Handle day-to-day HR correspondence and follow-ups under supervision.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
