Record Keeping -
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and master data in HR software and personnel files
Employee life cycle
-Solely responsible for Employee Life Cycle from On-boarding, Leave updates, Movement & Transfer, promotions till Exit management etc.
PMS process execution
- Involvement in annual appraisal/career progression and succession planning by firming up on the rating/increments recommendations.
Compensation & Payroll Management
-Designing employee salary structure, providing HR salary advise including new joinees/Exits/Increment etc. Ensuring timely payroll processing with accuracy.
