The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and HR policy implementation. The role ensures smooth functioning of HR processes and supports management in fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the full cycle of recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems.
Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee attendance, leaves, and deductions.
Handle employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Support performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
Manage HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit formalities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and analytics as required.
