Job Description

ROLL AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, addressing the absence of a dedicated recruiter.

- Oversee the talent acquisition process for the smooth functioning of In Care's work.

- Design competitive wage structures ensuring market-aligned pay for retention.

- Administer payroll, benefits, and incentives in collaboration with the Accountant.

- Create programs to boost morale and reduce multitasking by clarifying roles and responsibilities.

- Conduct regular feedback sessions to address employee concerns and foster a supportive culture.

- Establish HR policies for hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and compliance with labor laws.

- Implement HR database to streamline processes.

- Identify skill gaps and organize training for staff and documentation.

- Support career growth to retain talent and build a scalable workforce.

- Monitor appraisal systems to evaluate and reward employee performance, aligning with growth goals.

- Address underperformance with clear improvement plans.

- Track HR metrics and provide monthly updates to the General Manager.

- Maintain accurate employee records for compliance and planning.

- Collaborate with the General Manager to align HR strategies with InCare's target.

- Stay updated on HR trends in retail/apparel to advise leadership effectively.

Sourcing & Talent Acquisition:


Identify and attract top talent using job boards (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, Work india, LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and networking events.

Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and ensure they align with company branding.

Screening & Selection:


Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit, skills, and experience.

Coordinate and schedule interviews of candidates.

Candidate Management:


Maintain a talent pipeline for recurring roles (e.g., sewing machine operators, textile technicians) to reduce hiring lead time.

Provide candidates with clear updates on their application status and ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Candidate Experience

:
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Address candidate queries regarding job roles, company culture, and benefits.

Collaboration with Managers:


Understanding staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics with Managers.

Assist in drafting job descriptions and defining key competencies for roles.

Onboarding Support:


Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and offer letter preparation (in coordination with HR).

Support new hires during onboarding by ensuring smooth communication with relevant teams.

Data and Reporting:


Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) and provide weekly updates to the HR Manager.

Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment database.

Market Research:


Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to advise hiring managers effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
