Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing, screening & shortlisting candidates.

2. Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate database.

3. Draft and post job openings on portals & social media.

4. Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.

5. Maintain HR records and support daily HR operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
