The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, handling administrative activities, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. This role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Selection:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
2. Onboarding & Orientation:
Conduct joining formalities and ensure proper documentation for new hires.
Organize and facilitate employee orientation and induction programs.
Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth onboarding and workplace readiness.
3. Administrative Tasks:
Handle day-to-day administrative operations such as attendance, leave management, and asset allocation.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
Support in managing office facilities and vendor coordination when required.
4. Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Assist in implementing HR initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
Collect feedback from employees and share insights with management for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
