About Us: Urban Hungry Media is an integrated marketing powerhouse specialising in influencer marketing, branding, social media management, content creation, and advertising. As we grow, we need an HR Intern to help us build a strong team by handling hiring and recruitment efforts.

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, calling, screening, and scheduling interviews. Maintain HR documentation, including employee records, hiring reports, and onboarding forms. Oversee employee onboarding & induction to ensure a smooth experience. Support HR operations, including attendance, leaves, and performance follow-ups. Assist in executing HR policies, employee engagement activities, and training initiatives. Build and maintain a strong talent network to support future hiring needs. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure talent requirements are met on time.
What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills and confidence in handling calls. Organised, proactive, and eager to learn in HR and recruitment. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
