Job Description

1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job advertisements. Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates. Prepare offer letters and employment contracts. Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.

2. Employee Relations



Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Handle disciplinary issues and ensure compliance with company policies.

3. HR Operations & Administration



Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems. Oversee attendance, leave, and timekeeping systems. Support payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement. Prepare HR-related reports and metrics.

4. Performance Management



Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems. Support managers in goal-setting and feedback processes.

5. Training & Development



Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs. Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.

6. Compliance & Policy Management



Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations. Maintain HR policies and procedures; communicate updates to staff.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
