As an HR Executive at
Pyramid Axis* , you will be responsible for overseeing the complete employee lifecycle--from recruitment to off-boarding. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in core HR functions and a solid understanding of applicable labor laws and HR regulations.
Talent management
: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and on boarding new employees.
Employee relations
: Handle employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and manage disciplinary actions while fostering a positive work environment.
Policy and compliance
: Develop, update, and enforce company policies and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Compensation and benefits
: Administer employee compensation, benefits packages, and payroll processing.
Record keeping
: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.Other duties
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback for employee retention and improvement.
Liaise with department heads to understand workforce needs.
Analyze HR metrics and generate reports for senior management.
Support HR administrative tasks and manage HR department budgets
